Payments & Refund Policy

At Social Mastery, we are committed to providing a high-quality service and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

Payments

  • All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely through our approved payment methods.

  • By booking a session, you agree to the payment terms outlined here and in our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are only available if the session did not take place due to a known and legitimate reason (for example: unforeseen cancellation, technical failure, or error on our side).

  • If you miss your scheduled session without notice or valid reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Requests for a refund must be made in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

  • Each refund request will be reviewed individually, and Social Mastery reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on the circumstances provided.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds unless there is a legitimate reason.
