Payments

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment methods.

By booking a session, you agree to the payment terms outlined here and in our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds

Full refunds are only available if the session did not take place due to a known and legitimate reason (for example: unforeseen cancellation, technical failure, or error on our side).

If you miss your scheduled session without notice or valid reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Requests for a refund must be made in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

Each refund request will be reviewed individually, and Social Mastery reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on the circumstances provided.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.

Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds unless there is a legitimate reason.
