For those that feel stuck socially, you might be coming from work and see someone you want to talk to, or feel like you want to express something you want to say to someone, but you don't, and it happens time and time again.

Please don't get angry with yourself, don't look down on yourself, feel it and embrace it. Start looking forward into the characteristics of the person you want to become that will do the things you initially wanted to do but didn't, really focus on that, and do this everyday and any situation where you want to be social, by doing that you are building the characteristics for your future self.
