You are shy because you say so

You are more than what you believe you are, you may think you are shy, or not capable of xyz, or you are overcoming x, therefore you can't do y, but that is just a reflection on the choices you make.

If you take a deep look into what you want to be, and really believe that, the world will open up for you in ways I can't explain, it starts with knowing who you, is just a perception of what you believe, you can be anything you want.

Except a cat, or an squirrel, or a dog hahah, we can't be that haha
